Vision
Every principal manages its distributors with one shared structure, not each manager's own way.
Mission
Shared structure and visibility for partnerships that are too important to be left to individual habit and gut feeling.
DistributorFit was built to solve a specific problem: most distributor relationships fail for structural reasons, not because the wrong distributor was chosen. No shared baseline. No structured evaluation. Contracts that protect only one side. Follow-up based on sales numbers alone, which show the problem only once it's too late to fix cheaply.
The five-phase methodology (Solution Briefing, Discovery, Screening, Agreement, Follow-up) gives both principal and distributor the same picture, from first conversation to ongoing partnership.
